1. Agreement

By using flooringproz.com or engaging Flooring Proz ("we," "us") for installation, repair, or consultation services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance. Our advertised flat $4/sq ft pricing applies to standard installations within our service area (CT, MA, RI). Subfloor repair, stair work, custom patterns, and material upgrades may be quoted separately and disclosed in writing before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed installation. A deposit may be required to hold materials and crew time; deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the install date.

4. Workmanship Warranty

Our installation workmanship is warranted for 2 years from completion. Manufacturer warranties on flooring materials are passed through to you and governed by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from water intrusion, settling, abuse, or modification by third parties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, disclose known subfloor or moisture issues, and remove valuables prior to install. We are not responsible for items left in the work zone.

6. Payment

Final payment is due upon job completion and walk-through approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flooring Proz's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, CT.
