It's a part-time, commission-based gig where you talk to homeowners, help them pick out floors they'll love, and get paid for closing the deal. No suit. No cubicle. No corporate weirdness.
We'll teach you everything — the products, the pricing, how to measure a room, how to talk to people who are nervous about spending money. You bring the energy and the willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest.

A paid apprenticeship for someone who wants to learn a real trade and build a career — not just a job. Step 1 starts at $19.23/hr and the ladder tops out at $28/hr at Step 8 (Journeyman). Every step is an automatic raise the moment your Lead signs you off, so the faster you build the skills, the faster your check grows.
Zero experience? Start as a Pre-Apprentice at $16.94/hr.
Step 1 of the apprenticeship assumes some construction basics — you can read a tape measure and know a little of the lingo. If you don't have that yet but you're eager to learn, our Pre-Apprentice phase is how you earn your way in. It's usually quick, gives us a chance to see your work ethic, and you start making real money on day one.
Perfect for high school grads who want into a growing trade with real earning potential — instead of starting at the bottom of a job that doesn't go anywhere.
